Flight attendants Geeta Seethe, Jasmine Kohli, and Divya Rana work for Kohinoor Airlines in Mumbai; the airline is in danger of going bankrupt. The three friends continue to hope, as do all the other staff members, that things will improve despite the fact that the staff has not received their salaries in months. Aron, Geeta's spouse, operates a struggling home-based food company. She also needs to provide for her brother Ponnu, who is unemployed, and his spouse Sapna. Following her parents' divorce, Jasmine was raised by her maternal grandfather. She enjoys expensive items, doesn't think relationships are important, and presents a phony, ostentatious lifestyle on social media. Divya is qualified to be a pilot, but owing to a lack of opportunities, she is forced to work as a flight attendant. She conceals this from her family and finds it difficult to pay back her student loan.
When senior flight attendant Rajvanshi passes away while on the job, Geeta, Jasmine, and Divya decide to launch a covert operation to transport gold from India to the Middle East's Al Burj. The main man behind the scenes at Kohinoor Airlines is Manoj Mittal, the HR Head. The three of them join the gold smuggling scheme, and soon enough, things become better financially: Geeta helps Punnu and Sapna and finances Arun's food company. Nanu's gold ring is returned to Jasmine from the pawnshopshe treats herself lavishly. Divya completely repays her student loan. The airline's other employees are still attempting to make ends meet in the interim. The three flight attendants conceal the gold stockpile after someone alerts customs authorities to their smuggling activities, but the humiliating confinement that ensues causes them to second-guess their decision. SI Mala, the furious customs officer, explains that the tip she got from a flight hostess in Kohinoor is accurate and that she is upset because she was unable to retrieve any gold.
One day, turbulence damages the fuselage of the plane the three had stashed the treasure in, exposing the money within. As soon as word spreads, Mittal and Vijay Walia, the Chairman of Kohinoor, abscond and leave the nation. They had initially assumed that Komal, a coworker, would have given the customs officer a tip; however, following Komal's dramatic outburst, they realized that neither she nor any of their other coworkers had done so. Geetu learns that Mala had mentioned that the tip originated from an ex-air hostess, who was the only person aware of the gold smuggling. Sudha, Mittal's wife, was also an air hostess. When they confront her, she admits that Mittal is unfaithful to her and demands an apology.
She goes on to say that Walia, who had taken the airline's funds, turned them into gold, and hidden it in the Al Burj, was the true kingpin. They obtain Mittal's address in Al Burj from Sudha, follow him, and eventually locate Walia at an opulent hotel where his daughter is getting married. Geeta is able to obtain details about the gold and land a job as a housekeeper at the hotel. After much effort, they devise a scheme in which they learn that Walia and his family are flying a private aircraft to the Cayman Islands with the gold. Geeta and Jasmine succeed in landing the position of jet's air hostesses, while Divya takes on the role of pilot.After adding sleeping medications to the passengers' beverages, they land the plane in Nanheri, the hometown of Divya, where police and customs officers are waiting for them. Nevertheless, they are able to divide the gold among their loved ones, friends, and coworkers while keeping some for themselves. Mittal makes his way back to Sudha as well, bringing with him some gold he had hidden away for himself.
